Meet Your Facilitator
I'm a certified Integrative Processing Technique (IPT) facilitator, trained by the Institute of Healing Arts in Utah.
My journey into holistic healing began about four years into a family health crisis, during which both my husband and I were diagnosed with cancer. Over the years, I came to understand how deeply our physical experiences can shape our emotional sense of well-being. I learned that the body often holds onto emotions the mind is unwilling or unable to process. Over time, this can create patterns of stress and imbalance that contribute to emotional and physical dis‑ease, leaving us feeling stuck, disconnected, or out of balance.
Through IPT, I've witnessed profound transformations as clients release limiting beliefs, trauma, and emotional blocks that have kept them from living with greater peace, clarity, and connection.
This work is about supporting and facilitating your body's own natural healing process. I approach each session with compassion and a commitment to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore, process, and heal at your own pace.
“The body remembers what the mind forgets. IPT helps us access that body wisdom and gently release what no longer serves us.”

My Philosophy
Client-Centered
You are the expert on your own life. I'm here to facilitate, not direct. Your goals, your pace, your healing journey.
Holistic Approach
True healing considers the whole person, recognizing the connection between our mental, physical, and emotional well-being. IPT honors this interconnectedness.
Safe Space
Every session is a judgment-free zone where you can release difficult emotions and experiences with compassion and support.
Gentle Process
Healing doesn't have to be forceful or painful. IPT works with your body's natural wisdom in a gentle, respectful way.
Important Note
I am not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. IPT is a complementary healing modality that works alongside, not as a replacement for, traditional medical or psychological treatment.
If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or need clinical therapy, please seek appropriate professional help. IPT sessions are for those seeking holistic emotional wellness support.
